FIED was selected and trained by UNICEF in Monitoring and Reporting Mechanisms (MRM), a critical step toward establishing a new national network in Cameroon. The expert training was led by Samuel Sesay, a specialist from UNICEF Headquarters in Washington, whose facilitation was exceptional and highly impactful.

As a result of this capacity building, FIED has been elevated to a strategic position within Cameroon’s humanitarian response framework. While the workload is substantial, the journey is long, and the demands are considerable, FIED remains committed and will continue to stand tall, delivering with the same resilience and excellence it is known for. The week long training was timely and place FIED on a better understanding especially on issues related to children.
